Practical information about our house

In the middle of Sweden in Filipstad is our spacious, cozy and luxurious holiday villa.

Värmland, with over 10 000 lakes, with its gorgeous nature reserves, hiking paths, cross-country tracks in winter and mountainbike-tracks in summer.

With its hills and streams, it has something to offer for everyone, young and old.

We have also a small rowing boat and a big gas BBQ

There is an open kitchen with a large diner table and chairs.

Separate television-room with sleeping couch for possibly 2 extra sleeping places.

Further downstairs:
Entrance with on your left a toilet. 1 parents-sleeping room

with a 2-persons bed with adjacent bathroom (shower, toilet, bubble bath, double wash-basin). children sleeping room with a 3 persons combination bed.

Upstairs:
Hall with a place to play for the kids. 2 big sleeping rooms: 1 chamber (room) (8x4m) with 4 boxspring beds.

One chamber (8x4,5m) with a 2 persons boxspring, seating corner and a dormer.

Large modern bathroom with a double shower, a bath, and a double wash-basin. Separate toilet

How to leave the house behind when leaving:

clean the sauna, take out the trash, clean the dishes (not only in the diswasher)
